double room available to rent in a three bed house in fulford. For female housemates only please.

Very close to aldi. 20 minutes walk into town. On bus routes and has free on street parking.

House is shared with myself and owned by a private landlord. I would prefer female housemates to join. I'm currently finishing a postgraduate degree and work part time as a teacher. Generally keep to ourselves but are up for chats too.

The house has a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Bills are split equally between us including council tax so ideally need part time postgraduate students or those willing ro contribute
Bills are approximately £150 a month with WiFi and council tax
