I have a room available at the absolutely lovely Abode York. I have lived here for 2 years and can say it a nice place to live.
Looking for a student to take over my tenancy a classic en-suite in Abode, York for 25/26. The weekly cost is £212 for 51 weeks, starting on 6th September 2025 to 29 August. Wifi is provided for free and all bills are included except for tv license.
This site includes a reception, parcel collection room, gym, laundry room, games room and a common room.
Please note we only accept students. If you interested in this room and are serious about taking over my tenancy please get in touch, You will also need a guarantor e. g. a parent/sibling or other family member.
If you are paying the rent through your student finance, you can defer the rent payments to when you get your student finance but you will be required to pay a couple of weeks rent before moving in to do this.
I will also be willing to pay £50 every month to help pay for this room.
