First floor rear double and the ground floor double has been let to female students.. The first floor front double has been been let to a male post graduate student.

The rent for the single bedroom is £162 plus £17 bills per week, total of £179pcw.

House comes furnished. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, separate good sized utility room with fridge & freezer, separate lounge, shower room with toilet and one double bedroom. There is a conservatory with access to the rear garden.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a single plus a bathroom with shower over bath.
