Single Room Flat in York Centre

Me and my sister are looking for a roommate to take over a single room in a flat 5 min walk from town. We are going to share a kitchen with communal area (sofa/dining table) and the bathroom. The flat is located at 5-10 min walk from St. Johns University and 10-15 min walk from bus stop that takes you to University of York. Plenty of supermarkets around as well as gyms and public transport system. (25 min walk from train station).
