House is 3 bedrooms with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The whole house has just been redecorated apart from the hallway which is still a work in progress. Large front and back garden. On street parking.
Approx 15 minute cycle or 40 minute walk to the city centre. 10 minute walk into Acomb with local shops and amenities.
Currently only myself living here (live in landlord). I work full time Monday to Friday, and am usually up to something outdoors at the weekend. I am into hiking, urbex, road trips, wild swimming, reading and board games. Looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to join a welcoming home. Professionals or students welcome.
