Room in student house of 7 bills included

I am leaving university and so I need a replacement tenant for my room. It's a nice house situated in between the uni and city center next to the river being about a 20min walk to either town or uni.

It's the largest room out of 7 in the house and situated on the top floor in the attic with the house having a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a patio so there is plenty of space.

Flatmates are all amazing I lived with them all last year they are really friendly and clean. It's just a shame to leave I just have unfortunately decided that uni is not for me.

All bills and amenities are include in the rend and the deposit is £450

I'm just looking for another student that could take my place the move in date can be any time from now.
