En-suite room with kitchenette

Available from the beginning of January. A lovely light en-suite double room with lots of storage in a quiet 3 storey house in Clifton Moor. We’re close to bus stops and amenities and there’s on street parking nearby. Buses go direct to the hospital and the Uni. All bills are included.
You’ll have your own entrance through the back door leading into a kitchenette area (with shared laundry facilities and your own fridge with a freeze box), an en-suite shower room and the option to use the house bed linen and towels if you need them. There’s a microwave and two individual hobs, toaster , kettle etc. in the kitchenette area, and the upstairs house kitchen is also available if you need it.
I do have two friendly cats that come and go through the back door and they will probably want to come and see you.. I’m at work in term time and my grandchildren sometimes stay for sleepovers at weekends and holidays., so mostly the house is quiet and peaceful.
