Student wanted for room in 2a malhalm grove.

I am leaving uni for medical reasons and need a replacement tenant asap! FIRST INSTALMENT ALREADY PAID SO YEARLY RENT IS A LOT CHEAPER!!
The let is until 26th June 2026, must be a student.

House of 8 (including me), mostly second years but there are two third years. All lovely friendly social people who will make you feel very welcome and comfortable regardless of who you are
Tang hall, very nice quiet family neighbourhood, nearby shops and only a 20 minute walk to campus and a 35 minute walk to the city centre.
Very spacious house, nice modern kitchen with lots of storage.
Room comes with shelves, wardrobe, double bed, desk + drawer, dresser, full length mirror. Lots of options for storage. I loved this room and I loved to decorate it and make it nice and cozy.
Room is on ground floor and only share bathroom with one other person- (there are two toilets and one shower), both bathrooms are very clean and modern.
Parking- two flatmates own cars but there is plenty of space on the street.
Kitchen- dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, good quality appliances.

No council tax as students exempt (will need to put you on the form)
