I am an international student and have booked a Deluxe Ensuite room at ABODE. Due to some issues with my ATAS certificate, I am unable to move in at a reasonable time, so I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy.
The contract will be an official one signed with the management, the tenancy period will be 51 weeks in total from Sept.6, 2025, to Aug.31, 2026. The rate will be 219 pounds/week, the same as what I was offered. The deposit is 250 pounds.
The room is furnished and spacious (16-21 sqm) with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Broadband is included. The living room and the washing machine would be shared with your roommates.
The property is a private student accommodation with only students, and is located in the city center (inside the walls). It's a 16-minute walk to York St John, and a 24-minute walk to the University of York.
