Looking for flatmate in beautiful South Bank house

My name is Jake, I’m 27 and I’m a full-time barista at one of York’s top coffee shops. I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in a lovely 2-bed terraced house in South Bank. I want someone who appreciates a clean, pleasant living space and is looking for a real home rather than just somewhere to sleep, as this is a really nice place and the landlords are a really nice young British couple who used to live here themselves - they have been super kind to me and I want to make sure this is a happy house :)

The room for rent is actually 2 rooms - 1 bedroom which is quite small and only really has room for a dresser and a double bed, and 1 office across the landing (pictured) with a big desk and room for some storage. The rent is currently 490 but with bills it’s about 650 a month, council tax making up about £80 of that.

I'm really into reading, films, live music and tons of stuff (I'm a languages/history graduate) - I don't really discriminate against anyone else's interests, profession or gender but I want someone I can get along well with and who at least has a life of their own, if you know what I mean. If I think you might be a suitable flatmate I will likely ask you to pop into my coffee shop (Spring Espresso Lendal) and meet me quickly before we do a viewing so I can get to know you a bit :)
