There are 2 rooms available, one is a very large attic room and the second cheaper room, a smaller bedroom on the 1st floor at the rear.. Both have double beds, wardrobe, chest and desk. The house also has a seperate sitting room, Seperate Dining room and the kitchen has a large Fridge Freezer, tumble dryer and washer. The bathroom has a large walk in tiled shower. The walk to the University rear gate is approximately 5 minutes. House is clean and tidy! The landlord is experienced at dealing with students and all maintenace and any problems are sorted out promptly. Parking is on street only and will require a parking permit from York city council.
