We’re looking for a student to fill a room for our friend who’s leaving university.
The rent is £192 a week, bills included, for a spacious ground floor room with a double bed, desk and wardrobe with a shared bathroom (you’ll only have to share with one other person). Spacious kitchen with plenty cupboard space, washing machine and dishwasher. Nice living room with two couches, dining table and smart TV.
We’re four close housemates living in Osbaldwick Lane, which is a 15-minute walk to Campus East and a 20-minute walk to Campus West (UOY).
We are 2 girls and 2 boys and would love someone to join us, we are clean, kind, friendly and not a loud bunch. We’re also all in 3rd year.
Really safe and nice area, 5 minutes away from a Sainsbury’s Local and a Londis. We also live directly in front of a bus stop, number 6 (and 20, that runs on Thursdays).
(You will need a guarantor to be able to rent!)
