Should you wish to apply for this room we ask for a holding fee, this secures the room and is deducted from your first months rent.

Upon receipt of the holding fee, our external referencing agency will be in touch and guide you through the process. This includes a credit, income and right to rent check.

As part of the application, you are required to provide a guarantor.

The security deposit will be held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.

Alternatively, you can opt for Reposit, a no-deposit option. With Reposit, you pay a non-refundable fee equivalent to one week's rent instead of a traditional cash deposit.
