I have a large double bedroom available in a friendly, relaxed household with walking access into the city centre. Looking for a flatmate who is friendly and sociable to live with!

The room is bright and spacious with a double bed, two wardrobes and a cabinet.

- 20 minute walk from city centre including train station and pubs/clubs

About me 🙋‍♀️
- I am a PHD student studying Chinese Art History
- I am looking for a friendly and sociable housemate who is clean and enjoys spending time together
- I enjoy lots of music, going to the pub and hiking or visiting museums on the weekends (when I have the time!)

Rent and bills 💸
- Rent is £585 per month
- bills typically come to about £90-110 for the whole house (we can split it 50/50)
- The room is technically unfurnished, but my former flatmate will sell it all for £200
- Council tax band D. If you are a student we would be entirely exempt, if not then we would have a 25% discount (£139 a month)
