Postgrad accommodation at Halifax College, UoY

Hi, I am wanting to move out of my university accommodation due to personal circumstances and am looking for a replacement tenant. This is a postgrad flat so you must be doing a postgraduate degree at the University of York. All my flatmates are super friendly, kind, and very clean. The room is a single bed and en-suite with a shared kitchen, in a first floor flat. parking permits can be applied for to park at the college and cost £35 for the year. The college is a short ten minute walk from campus west and a ten minute walk to the bus stop to go into the centre or to campus east.
