Ensuite student room from July

AVAILABLE FROM JULY 1 - SEPTEMBER 5. You can renew the contract & rent it next academic year too (i. e. Sept - July/Sept 2027) but would have to arrange that through Vita. Location is on Lawrence Street near city centre, with a bus stop just outside the building. The room is an ensuite, and has a comfy double bed, storage space, a large desk with desk chair, a full length mirror, and a TV!

You get free breakfast on weekdays and free access to bikes! The accommodation has shared facilities like a cinema room you can book for movie nights, a gym, and study rooms you can use for no extra charge.

The floor I'm on has 4 other rooms occupied by 3 women and 1 man, but each room has complete privacy. The 5 rooms share a modern kitchen, with each person having their own cupboards, and their own space in the fridge/freezer.

Staff at the reception desk are available 24/7, and are very friendly and helpful. Message me to arrange an in-person or virtual viewing!
