I need someone to take over my contract till 05/09/2026 at Vita Student Accommodation on Lawrence Street. MUST BE A STUDENT at any university!! The room is an ensuite, and has a comfy double bed, storage space, a large desk with desk chair, and a full length mirror. There's also a TV!

It also comes with free breakfast on weekdays and free access to bikes! The accommodation has shared facilities like a cinema room you can book for movie nights, a gym, and study rooms you can use for no extra charge.

The floor I'm on has 4 other rooms occupied by 3 women and 1 man, but each room has complete privacy. The 5 rooms share a modern kitchen, with each person having their own shelves and areas in the fridge/freezer.

PLEASE NOTE: The price is £179pw if you pay for the full 10 months or you choose 3-4 installments. For monthly installments, it's 5% more. International guarantors accepted.
