Lovely room Available in Student House

The house is lovely. There are 2 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and a living room. TV is communal too. Everything is split evenly (cleaning, cupboard space, bills, etc).

There are 4 second year students living here who’re very friendly and fun. Unfortunately I have to move out due to unforeseen circumstances, but it’s a shame to leave such a lovely house with such lovely people.

The house is in an excellent location with around a 25 minute to the University of York and a 20 minute walk into town. There are big supermarkets a 15min walk away and a One Stop right across the road. There’s also a bus stop outside there too.

We also have a garage with a pool table, darts board and sofas.

It’s a lively house with lots of comings and goings but it’s never loud. There are no house parties or crazy loud music as everyone is respectful of each other - but we still manage to have plenty of fun!
