Furnished Double Room with Parking in Outer Heworth.
The room is available short term (up to 3 months) whilst I travel home to Australia to spend time with my family. You would be sharing with my partner (he/him) and our two friendly and quiet cocker spaniels who live downstairs.
My partner is a farmer, works full-time and spends time on the weekend helping at his nearby family farm. The dogs go to work with him everyday.
Very quiet neighbourhood with excellent transport links to York City Centre. Plenty of free parking available. Travel times to city centre: 45 min on foot, 12 min cycle and 8 min by car. Monks Cross Shopping Park, Vanguard Retail Park and York Community Stadium are also nearby.
The bedroom is 2.8 x 3.0 m but does also have the boiler cupboard in a corner. Furnished with an ottoman bed so plenty of storage underneath. Drawers also included if needed.
Bills and internet included.
Rent can be paid monthly or weekly for shorter stays.
