There is a patio garden which gets light for most of the day with a garden shed.

The house is located just off popular Bishopthorpe road, filled with cafes and pubs. It is also next to millennium bridge/rowntrees park for when you want to be in nature and have a break from the city. It is a very convenient location to anywhere in York, the uni, bus routes and to the train station.

There is on street permit parking, which is a nice wide street - rare in this central location.

A little about me - I am a sociable person who likes to travel, enjoys music, nature, and especially food (cooking and eating🤣). I am at work mid week, always up for a chat but understand personal space.
