Looking for a likeminded female to replace my current flatmate. Lovely furnished apartment with balcony on the chocolate works development. Lived here 3 years and love it! Fabulous location close to walks, cycle path, river Ouse, bishy road and a 20 min walk into York. Free on street parking with garage for storage if needed. I work full time, sometimes from home. Enjoy cycling, running, hiking, cooking, generally being outdoors + lots of coffee!! :) Enjoy a bit of vino but don’t really drink otherwise and very rarely stay out late so looking for someone who enjoys this lifestyle too. Short term/temporary as the tenancy is rolling.
