Room to rent in 8 bed house, Heslington

Currently looking for a tenant to replace me as I am moving in with my boyfriend so will no longer be needing the room. The house is detached and has lots of communal space. I'm looking for a student who preferably attends Uni of York as all the other house mates study there as well. All the house mates are very welcoming and sociable. Even though it is a big house, it isn't noisy and the room is very spacious and is fully furnished. As the room doesn't include an en suite, there is a bathroom which four of you will share which is a good size with storage space. its a great place to live with the campus over the road and a bus stop right outside. Also, town is only a 15 minute bus journey! i'm happy for anyone interested to come by and have a look at the property and for me to answer any questions. The photos i've uploaded are quit old so the house has been slightly updated since then !
