Room on best street in centre of York

I am moving out in early December, looking for someone to take over lease. Room is small, but great value given the location on Fossgate. Will share with one very nice male housemate, and we also have nice neighbours that we get on with.

It is a small flat, so would suit someone respectful who isn't too loud. Kitchen has oven, fridge and washing machine, no freezer or dishwasher. No parking for vehicles.

Bills (council tax, water, internet, gas / electric) come to roughly £150 a month each. Council tax valuation band B. You will need to fill out application form for the agency and then do a basic records check, which can take a few days so don't waste time if interested, this will go quick. There is also a £50 admin fee.
