I'm looking for a UOY student to replace me partway through my current tenancy at Eden's court (5 mins from campus). It is a house shared with 7 others, with 4 people sharing each bathroom. The price includes bills and doesn't require council tax payment. I'm keen to find a replacement so willing to negotiate the price.
The house is lovely and tidy, and the housemates are friendly, I just haven't been getting enough use out of the room. The room is available now, but I'm willing to wait for someone if they can only move in later on. Message me if interested :)
