A lovely room in a central village community

Join me and my 2 friendly dogs in my home. It’s a central village location. Plenty going on easy train and bus access into York. The house is under cosmetic repair but this spare room is complete. Friends stay at the weekend but it is free during the week. I’m a working professional at the University and would suit someone who needs a base in the week in York but has a permanent base elsewhere. A dog staying would be considered with dog walking, catering options would be considered and a fortnightly clean and change of bedding can be arranged. All of which the price would be discussed. I don’t have a tv, but have a license for you to watch on internet. It’s my home, so I would expect tenants to be respectful of that. I have a kitchen, utility room, lounge, a large craft room all of which you are welcome to use. The room includes your own bathroom with shower.
