Room for single occupant in 2 bed house, Clifton

Hello,

My housemate is moving out in the New Year and am looking for someone to take the room for the remainder of a 6 month tenancy, with option to extend on a monthly rolling contract.
It is a cosy decent sized single room with built in storage and clothes rail, with plenty of space for furniture and even a double bed if you preferred. The house is a 2 bed terrace with back yard and outhouse for plenty of storage for bikes, tools etc. It is situated on a quiet street just off Leeman Road, and is about a 15 mins walk down by the river into town, a 5 min bike ride to city centre/train station, as well as benefiting from free on street parking. The kitchen is well equipped with recently installed appliances, and there is also a large converted attic space for extra storage and well suited to working from home. There is a local shop, pub and Chinese takeaway close by, and regular buses into town.

About me;
I have a deep interest in music and play a few musical instruments in my free time as well as enjoy listening to my record collection, however am very considerate about making noise. I am also interested in environment wildlife conservation and gardening, and work full time for York Council as an outdoors general operative.
