Single room to rent, in 2 bed house, Clifton, York

Hello my name is Rob, my housemate is moving in out in the New year and looking for someone to take the room, it is a clean cosy decent sized room situated in easy commute distance into town and very close to the train station.
About me;
I have a deep interest in music production and have a few years experience working within the music industry as a technician, sound engineer, and freelance producer. I play a few musical instruments but am very considerate about making noise.
Aside from music-making I have a broad range of other interests; enjoy going to the cinema/occasional gig....I'm also a keen gardener so if you have a garden I am very happy to help with growing veg, planting stuff etc. I also enjoy the odd day out walking in the countryside (who doesn't...)

Appreciate its not really for me to say but like to think I am easy to get along with and hold a great interest in what other people have got going on so am always up for a chat, trip to the pub, meal out etc...basically I am easy to get along with, enjoy the company of others and prefer a well ordered, tidy home life.
