Flat for rent (tenancy take over)

I am wanting to move out of my flat but need to find a replacement tenant. It is a bills included property that is just a 15 minutes walk to the city centre. It has a double bed, tv and WiFi included. There is designated parking down a side street next to the property. The landlords are swift and efficient with any maintenance requests. There is a full sized wardrobe and a small dresser at the foot of the bed. There is a communal washing machine for the whole building but no dryer, there is an airing rack provided. There is also a a desk space and chair for studying.
