All female student Uni of York 2nd year house

Fully furnished double bedroom near Uni of York. I’m looking for a female University of York student to take over my room in an all female shared house for second year (2026/27). It is in a great location, close to the river, Aldi, Campus west and of course the centre of the city!

You’d be sharing with two other female students sharing a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is an adorable and cosy terraced house across the road from a cute cafe and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It has a small enclosed garden with a back entrance to the property, perfect for the summer!

This is a second-year student house for July 2025.

This would be a landlord-approved tenancy assignment, so everything would be done properly through the agent.
