Double Room YO31

I’m moving out from my first floor, double room and looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1/02/26 until the tenancy ends 30/06/26 with the option to extend the tenancy beyond this (moving as I have bought a property).

This is the biggest room in the house, with a double bed, lots of storage, TV, speakers, front facing with lots of natural light.

Looking for a female, working professional (may consider postgraduate student as long as still working) ideally in 20s to mid 30s. We are looking for someone clean and friendly that would be a good fit to the house.

House has 1 main bathroom and an extra toilet upstairs, shared kitchen living room, front and rear garden and extra storage in a rear garage shared between 4 tenants.

About 10 minutes walk from the hospital, 5 min from York St John and 15 from city centre.

Council tax is included in the rent but the rest of the bills are split between the tenants (water, gas, electricity and wifi) which is roughly £70-£100 a month.

Parking is available for paid parking permit on street if needed but no free parking.
