Self-contained loft conversion (en-suite)

I’m looking for a lodger to share my house with. The room is an en-suite loft conversion with double bed, with great views over the countryside from a Juliet balcony.
I live in a semi-detached house 2 miles from York city centre, just outside Heworth. It’s a reasonable walk to the nearest shops so a bike or car would be beneficial, although there is a regular bus service into town (roughly every half hour).
You would share the rest of the house with me, which includes a large kitchen-dining area and living room. There is an office room which you can use if working from home. I also have a grand piano which you are welcome to play if musically inclined!
Council tax and bills are included in the rent.
