Located just 2 miles from York city center, this female-only house share is a very special home.

Sharing with just three other professional females between the ages of 22 and 31, this lovely house share is suited for someone looking for somewhere safe, clean and lovely to call home.

The rent includes all bills, utilities and includes the council tax too. There is nothing additional to pay. We even have a cleaner who visits regular to clean all shared areas to ensure the house is kept nice.

Located next to Acomb shops and just a 10 minute bus journey into York city center.
Acomb is a lovely York residential area with everything you might need on your doorstep – lots of cafes (including the popular Blue Bird bakery), small independent shops, real ale pubs and even a supermarket. The local cafe 'Sojo Bistro' runs events and workshops for locals. There is even a fish and chip on your doorstep too!
Each month there is a independent farmers market selling local curated gifts. The area is very nice and safe.

The house is beautifully decorated with a shared lounge with comfy sofas and a large tv. The kitchen is large and well equipped with oven, microwave, large American fridge freezer, washing machine and even a tumble dryer. The house has everything you might need – all crockery and pots and pans.
There is a lovely traditional yard too – with seating and a small planted area for the summer months. If you have a bike, there is a secure, lockable bike shed too.

The bedroom available is a small single room. Whilst it is not a large bedroom, there is plenty of storage with a large build in wardrobe. If you have plenty of stuff to store, there is the sole use of an additional large double cupboard on the landing too. The bedroom has a new carpet and was newly decorated last week.

Whilst the house is very nice, the bedroom available is small. If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, happy home, sharing with three other professional females – this house might be perfect for you. If you are looking for lots of bedroom space, probably not.
