Looking to rent out my spare double room in Holgate! Flat is plenty spacious for 2 people but I stay away a lot due to work so you’ll usually have the place to yourself Monday to Friday morning!
It’s about a 30 minute walk to the city centre and sits close to both the A59 and A64 for easy access to the A1.
You’ll only be sharing with me. I’m fairly easy-going in terms of flatmates but I’d appreciate someone who is reasonably tidy and respectful of a shared space. Outside of that I like to be fairly sociable and wouldn’t mind someone I can share cooking with and have a bit of a laugh with.
Other things to mention: The room comes furnished as seen. The desk can be kept there or removed as preferred and I have a spare chest of drawers that can be moved in for some extra storage if required.
