• 5 min from Monks Cross

• 20 min walk to York city centre

Tenant Requirements:

• Pet-friendly (must be okay with a very well-trained and friendly German Shepherd)

Availability:

• From 12th January

• 6-month minimum tenancy

• 2-month notice period
