Looking for a replacement student tenant

There are 4 bedrooms in our all female student house- studying at University of York. We are an easy 10 minute walk to Campus West and about 15 minutes to Campus East. The house is fully furnished, with shared kitchen and living room space with plenty of storage within the kitchen cupboards and fridge. We have a TV in the living room. Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.
My room is the biggest in the house, very spacious furnished with a double bed with storage space underneath, bedside table, desk, set of drawers, pin board and wardrobe. The room allows for extra furniture to be put in. We have a drive and a decent size garden space with a shed- a gardener comes in to cut the grass.
All bills are included including our wifi.
