You’ll be living with a 23‑year‑old male young professional who is:
-Friendly, very respectful, tidy & easy‑going
-Likes fixing things, going to the pub, bouldering & the outdoors
-He’s genuinely lovely to live with and keeps the place comfortable and calm.

Rent & Bills
-Rent: £600/month
-Bills: £90–120 each
-Council Tax: Band D (students exempt)
