I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my ground floor classic studio at Waterloo House student accommodation in York, available immediately until June. Leaving it as I have just bought a car so can commute from home, as I live in Yorkshire.

My stay has been lovely with no issues at all, it is a new build so everything is still in pristine condition. Everyone at the accomodation is lovely, especially my neighbours!
