This studio is available as dual occupancy for 2 tenants to pay the rent equally split. It is also available as single occupancy at a different price as listed below.

I’m looking for a full-time student/s to take over my tenancy at Samuel Tuke Apartments, York for the 2026/27 academic year.

This is an official tenancy takeover through Hello Student (not a sublet).

• 5 Sept 2026 – 27 Aug 2027
• £7,446 total rent each for dual occupancy (paid in instalments with a guarantor)
*Single occupancy is £13,872, which is £272 a week
