Stunning, full of character, great value share!

Hi everybody, I stumbled across a new listing on Zoopla for a fresh refurb property in York. It's a three bed mews and, well.. go take a look for yourself and be likewise captivated.

Thought it looked great, the only problem is I need two other people to go ahead, as I'm not needing 3 bedrooms when I'm only 1 person!

A little about me is that I completed a Computer Science degree in York some time ago. I've since been travelling, enabled by my remote work, and I'm now ready to meet a couple new people so we can have something a bit more stable.

Overall, I think this is a great opportunity for us to share a really nice house in York. To be honest, I'm struggling to see any downsides when it comes to the property, and there will also only be three of us so we can get to know each other decently well.
