It does not come with the kitchen table and chairs, the livingroom table or the hoover, we are planning to sell these, but if wanted we are happy to sell this and some other bits to the new tenants as well.
In addition to this, we need the new tenant to take over our WIFI bill, which is around £17/month with Three (it’s very good). There is a smart meter for electricity, and no gas.
