City Centre 2 Bed Flat

We are looking for someone to take over our ground floor flat, as we need to get out of our lease early.

It is located near the Barbican, and has both a co-op and a One Stop within a few minutes walking. It is a great location for UOY students, as campus is only a 15 minute walk, and both the U2 and U3 buses run right by the street. The city centre and foss islands is also within walkable distance.

It is a great little flat that comes with pretty much everything, its fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. It has a bathroom with a bathtub, one big bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller room with two single beds that are currently put together. There is a back garden, and a parkingspot just outside it.

It does not come with the kitchen table and chairs, the livingroom table or the hoover, we are planning to sell these, but if wanted we are happy to sell this and some other bits to the new tenants as well.

In addition to this, we need the new tenant to take over our WIFI bill, which is around £17/month with Three (it’s very good). There is a smart meter for electricity, and no gas.

The rent is £1500/month, not including bills.
