Room for rent

We have a small room complete with wifi, suitable for professionals, nurses, students or visitors to York etc. This room is within walking distance of the city of York, the York district hospital, St john university and Yearsley swimming pool facilities, corner shops, coffee shop, its a 30 minute walk away from Monks cross shopping centre and the Vanguard shopping centre.
This room comes with use of a communal bathroom and shared kitchen. Long and short stays are considered.

This room is rented on a weekly basis so A 4 weekly notice will be given and in some cases two weeks notice or less depending on the situation.

Before occupancy of the room the all potential occupants will have an assessment and probation period to ensure suitability.
