Room in 2 bed flat South Bank

My current housemate is moving away from York in mid May and I'm looking for a replacement. The house has two bedrooms and a small guest room and is newly refurbished. There are two fridges in the house, so need to share. Photos of the bedroom are pending but you can see the size on the floorplan. It is council tax band B and bills excluding council tax are on average £150 per month split between us. Rent shown is what we currently pay and maybe subject to increase when negotiating a contract with the landlord. We've furnished the place ourselves, some of which may go with my housemate when she leaves.

About me, I work at the University weekdays 9 to 5 and sometimes travel for work. I'm keen for all sorts of outdoor activities and prefer easy going housemates. I've selected no pets because we don't have any but I'd be happy to enquire with the landlord.
