Unfortunately, one of the girls who had taken the house for one year from the Summer( 1st August ) had to drop out and now we are looking for someone to join two currently first year students.
The house has an open plan sitting room and kitchen with a bathroom on the ground floor. There is a lock up yard at the rear for bikes or barbeques.
There is a private landlord who lives near York, has rented out the property to students for over 25 years. Most student stay for a second year if they can.
