I have a double room available in a friendly house in Dringhouses area of York. The house comprises of kitchen/diner with communal area for tv. There’s a ground floor toilet & 1st floor bathroom with shower over the bath that 4 tenants share. All bills included apart from the broadband which is available through 1 of the tenants. There’s a garden with secure bike storage. It’s close to local amenities & on a major bus route into the city centre.
