I am looking for a student to take over my booking for a Clifford Ensuite room at Student Castle (Walmgate) for the 2026/27 academic year.

THE PROCESS
This will be an official contract transfer handled directly through the Student Castle management office to ensure a fully secure and official process. The replacement tenant will need to pay a £250 advance rent payment to the office to secure the booking.

I’ve spent the last year living here myself and the management team is fantastic—always helpful and friendly. I’m only looking to transfer due to a change in circumstances.
