Room to rent in a quiet and peaceful village

Hi, I am a widow living alone and looking for a female lodger to share my house with, mainly for some occasional company and to help with my bills.

I have a double bedroom on offer in a large family home with a lovely garden in a beautiful village on the outskirts of York.

We would share a bathroom and kitchen, however I do have 2 living rooms and appreciate people like their own space. It would just be nice to know someone else was with me in the house.

There is a train station 10 mins walk away with direct links to York, Leeds and Harrogate as well as a bus stop 2 mins walk away with links to York City centre.

All bills would be included in the rent so no extra surprises...just £625 flat fee per month.

My son is looking after the advertising and scheduling viewings of the property so he will be your main point of contact as although I am still spritely and full of energy, I am not so great with computers and smartphones!
