Clean, warm, fully furnished room in York

I have been letting this room for 15 years and have made many friends. At the moment I am spending some of my time out of York. The area is quiet, there is parking on the drive, the garden is accessible (gardeners welcome!) and the kitchen is fully fitted out. All utensils and cutlery are available for your use. I provide bedding and I'm very approachable. I'm semi-retired and I am a freelance fundraiser, poet and music fan. I am also currently a carer for my 93 year old mother for a lot of the time. I need someone who will respect my house when I am not there and I will make sure that I respect you in return. I welcome anyone regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or religion but I don't welcome Reform voters. Sorry about that.
