We are 4 (currently first year, will be second year) students at YSJ looking for another student to live with. We are all clean, friendly and welcoming. Much happier to stay home and hang out than go clubbing. :)

5 bedroom student property 20 minutes’ walk from York St John University. All room have double beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers and one has a bath shower. The property has gas central heating. Currently on street parking is free in this area however this is subject to change. Please contact York city Council for more information. At the rear of the property is a garden and a shed for secure bicycle storage.
BILLS INCLUDED (includes: gas, electricity, water) Council Tax is not included, though presently full time students can apply for an exemption via City of York Council- please see their website for details.
