Me and my husband has an extra room available for short term course exchange student. If you are interested , please drop us a line. We like to rent to exchange student because we like your company and we like to learn about different cultures from you.

There will be me and my husband and occasionally another exchange student living in the house. You will only be sharing the bathroom with that exchange student. Me and my husband have our own.

£30 per night
- this will include your breakfast milk & cornflakes, one weekly load of laundry done for you, simple healthy dinner everyday, and of course
- bills, internet, household basic cleaning materials, tissues, bin bags etc (except TV license because we don't watch live TV)
- your own fridge and dry cupboard spaces
- you are free to use our kitchen items because we have a standard kitchen not a massive one. You don't need to buy your own set of kitchen items

#6 bus goes from my house to York St John University and The University of York East campus directly , no change needed.

Right next to Tesco Extra Clifton Moor where you can find part time job opportunity

Room incl bed, desk, chair, chest drawer etc as shown.

A month notice if you decide to move or we want to terminate the contract.

Rent pay in advance in cash.
