Unfurnished double room available in a two bedroom apartment. The living room will be furnished and white goods already in place in kitchen. Separate bathroom which is only for your use as I have an en-suite in the other room. North and south facing windows so the apartment has light all day. Parking spots available in the apartment car park. Approx. 15 minute walk to town down fossgate and close to the university campus too. Looking for a clean/tidy person to move in for an indefinite amount of time, no fixed contract. Rent is £475/month currently, this may go up when the new contract is run by the landlord. Bills including council tax will be around £160/month pp on top of this, but again this may change with new contracts.

I am a M29 doctor who's lived in York for four years, working in the hospital.

My flatmate who is moving out is happy to sell her wardrobe to the incoming tenant if needed.
