I have a small dog, a 2year old Staffordshire bull terrier, she’s very well behaved and socialised.

There is a small lounge that I will keep private for my soul use however there is a lounge area in the kitchen and a separate office space for your use.

The garden is fully enclosed and not overlooked.
There’s a wooden summer house for storage, it’s currently been used as a gym.
There’s a brick built garden room if you fancy private time away from the house, it has virgin media tv and a log burner.
The driveway has ample off road parking.
Close by there is a supermarket, several takeaways and a restaurant.
The main bus route into the city is directly outside the property.
I’m looking for a professional person to lodge with me that is clean and tidy and wants a calm cosy atmosphere.
