You will have your own furnished double bedroom, complete with a double bed, pillow, duvet, and wardrobe, as well as a spacious private bathroom.

I'm an international PhD student at the University of York and am looking for a female flatmate to share a calm, clean, and respectful home.

I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful environment, keeps shared spaces tidy, cleans up after themselves, and is considerate of noise, as the building and neighbours are generally very quiet. Friends are welcome to visit occasionally, but this is not a party house. Unfortunately, no pets.

Bills are managed by me, and based on previous years, they have typically ranged from £60 to £100 per person per month, with everyone being mindful of energy usage.
